Oklahoma Senate Recognizes OCARTA

If Oklahoma is all for the drug court system, then why are their more budget cuts being made in drug courts, mental health care and other equally important programs such as substance abuse centers and reintegration shaming programs. I am a full time college student, studying human resources and criminal justice. This is the area I chose to be able to help others as I have been down that same horrible demon ridden road. It is so very discouraging to see the budget cuts, it seems to me that as a country we are regressing back to a time of institutionalization.
