Grief Recovery – “The Grief recovery Handbook” by James and Friedman, explores the process of grieving losses, choosing recovery, and identifying guidelines and coping skills, etc

We at OCARTA recognize that when starting your recovery their is a grieving process associated with the loss of your old life, the disease, people, places, and things.  Therefore we suggest that after completing the intake process our consumers attend a minimum of one grief class.

Grief Recovery is 14 weekly sessions for graduation
